The Soul Therapy ("we," "us," "our") provides tarot and astrology reading services via Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you interact with our ads, lead forms, and WhatsApp chat, and how we use, share, and protect it.
By submitting a lead form, messaging us on WhatsApp, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
When you respond to our Facebook/Instagram ads or lead forms, or message us on WhatsApp, we may collect:
- Contact details: name, WhatsApp/phone number
- Guidance details you share with us: the topic you want guidance on (e.g., love, career, marriage), and any details you provide about your situation for the purpose of your reading
- Payment information: transaction confirmation for payments made via UPI (we do not store your UPI PIN, card numbers, or banking credentials — these are handled directly by your payment app/bank)
- Technical/interaction data: information Meta shares with us about the ad you engaged with, so we can respond to the correct inquiry (e.g., via Meta's Conversions API)
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Deliver the tarot/astrology reading or guidance you requested
- Communicate with you on WhatsApp about your reading, order, or support query
- Confirm and process payments
- Improve our services and understand which ads/offers are relevant to you
- Send you relevant offers or follow-ups, where permitted (you can opt out anytime — see Section 6)
- Measure and optimize our advertising performance (e.g., reporting anonymized conversion events back to Meta)
We do not use your personal details (your name, situation, or reading content) for any purpose beyond delivering your service and improving our own operations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share information only as needed to operate our service:
- Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram): to attribute leads to the correct ad and measure ad performance, using tools such as Meta's Conversions API. Meta's use of this data is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
- WhatsApp Business service providers: to enable our WhatsApp-based chat, automation, and reading delivery.
- Payment facilitators (e.g., Razorpay, UPI apps): to process and confirm payments. We do not receive or store your full payment credentials.
- Legal requirements: if required by law, regulation, or a valid request from a government authority.
We do not share your information with advertisers or other third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services, respond to your inquiries, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 6).
5. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or WhatsApp is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying "STOP" on WhatsApp or contacting us directly
- Withdraw consent for us to process your data, where applicable

7. Third-Party Links and Platforms
Our ads and lead forms appear on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), which have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data before it reaches us. We encourage you to review Meta's Data Policy as well.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal/regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
